Chris, You asked for it so, here it is............
1. Tense shoulders & left elbow up and tense outoftheback.
2. Outoftheback, pole tip comes up, then drops back down to "static" position...creates more tension. Keeps you from running full & free.
3.Tophand is pushing onto the hip, so your too wide of a grip is "control-dropping" the tip forward....again creating more tension.
4. You hit the box with shoulders "tense"...sick of this word yet. Essentially, you are blocking.
5. As you swing, sometimes you are exerting forces "down the pole" causing it to bend & unbend in two parts....this causes the pole to stop and you tuck prematurely, and try to catch up to the top of the pole.
